Hello All...Ive been using everything for a month and reading your posts. If I were young I would be as interested as a lot of you are who seem to be concentrating on staying or becoming more beautiful, but I get the feeling that, at seveny three, I am very much older than most of you. I am now trying to stop my body from breaking down. I took a photo before I started, mainly because I wish to support Alex in his work, but my concerns are internal. I am in a lot of pain from disc degeneration and wish to reverse this if I can before I no longer wish to live with so much pain. Since we all improve, or not, at our own speed, I don't like to compare myself to anyone else. However, it really would be helpful to get information about how the devices are working for others. That's why I came here. Thank you.

That's why I came here. Thank you. Welcome PJ! The devices have actually done a lot to heal and repair my body. I mentioned on the forum a while back that I had a soldering accident and the rings healed the wound faster than it previously healed. I also notice that minor cuts disappear within a day. I haven't had problems like yours, but I don't see a reason why the rings and the powders can't heal you. It may take time so stick with it and I'm sure they will help. **PS congrats on journaling your experience with pictures. You won't regret it even if you just want to look back on it in the future.*** :D

Thank you for sharing your experience with me. Relating to the photo I took before I started, my plan is to take one every couple of months, or so. If I am lucky enough to heal my health issues, I will gladly send this information to Alex, if doing so will help him in his work. Frankly, finding only one other "serious" b&a photo (of Frank...aside from Alex himself) surprised me. I would think that one who has made serious progress would feel so very grateful to Alex that they would jump at the chance to take and send photos and also documentation of their progress. Time has become very precious to me, mainly because I have now lived long enough to realize how much of it I have unknowingly wasted and can never get back. I wish all of you who may be reading this a very healthy New Year and with your devices, a chance many do not get ...to be very happy. PJ

Obviously the older you are using the rings, the more important your testimony is to us... Therefore you are one of the most important people when it comes to testimonials, please send us photos, set a reminder date on the calander and post the photos with the times/dates taken and your age ofcourse and post them asap on the this forum. Even this thread is most appreciated, I've been following alex's work for several years now, and I would love to see someone of your age, with results... Thank you.

thanks for the testimonial. And thanks for the replies. I first started wearing them in '98. I'm about the same age as Alex. I tried to get my parents to wear them but it was very uncomfortable and they all thought it was a scam anyways. I did them wear them consistently for about a half year. At 30 people thought I was 24. Now at 36, I can get away with 30 , sometimes even 28. And I still get carded a few times a year. We'll see how it goes this new year in '09. HNY.

I cared more about my external beauty when I as young than I do now. As I said, I am wearing the devices to see if I can reverse the effects of being seventy three. I will be willing to work with them for six months to begin and send in a before and six month pic at that time. This will not be easy because I have pain when lying on my back for two hours during the healing sessions, but I will try. PJ

Pj how is it going? Don't forget to wear them every night. And the before and after pictures. Also try tossing iching coins to avoid danger.

I am wearing the devices every night . So far I have not felt any changes, but this doesn't bother me. Please explain iching coins. Thank you.
