Neodynium Rings
I just received the Neodynium rings. It looks like the regular rings? What color are the Neodynium rings compared to the regular rings? Maybe I got the wrong package? Please advise. Thanks.

Neodynium rings are black.

plastic is black,magnets are silver;the regular rings plastic are white.

I have had the black rings for a couple of weeks now. and I find that it is hard to sleep also. I wake up sometimes and I have taken them off but don't remember. I can feel my hands pulse. Does anyone else feel like this and do you get use to it where you can sleep better?

I had discomfort with homemade rings regardless of magnets -- one trick is to wear a glove, but that may also be uncomfortable. If you can find comfortable gloves, attach the magnets to the glove fingers. make sure it does not feel tight around the fingers.

I've gotten used to it I don't even notice the rings anymore sleep problem could be because they give you energy at night so they keep you up so that would be why taking them off would make it easier. To fall asleep sometimes I take valerian root, or herbal tea to help fall asleep.

Thanks for the info. I wore the white ones and didn't have any problems wearing them or sleeping. But these really are stronger.

I've always worn the stronger(neodynium). I noticed quite a few things in the beginning. One is a greater appreciation for music, but some of you think I'm just making that up. My thoughts and emotions seem to be magnified to where they are nearly palpable. My desire for things has a greater power to them, and this, I think is going to lead to bringing back things we love. Even resurrecting people who have died. There comes a point where the desire is so strong that it will accomplish what it wants. Love for something or someone seems to have the greater power of finding it's goal. It has the greater attraction to its target.
