oh not big difference.. head and face a bit smaller, face structures more refined, more symmetrical etc, as you can already see in my pics on gorgeouspil page.
I look more manly too, as happened to alex, because face structures become more attractive. So I show no sign of aging but you can tell I am not a kid.
As Alex, I look about 25 years old. That's the age at which human males peak. Probably women taking gorgeouspil will look more young, like 19 years old.
