My wrist
About 1 year ago (nov 2007) I broke a small bone in my wrist, in aug. of this year I had a pin and scew put in it, I have a lot of pain in it, and I can't move it as much as I used to, how long will it take the rings to heal me?
Well the rings will not work without gorgeouspil. And you will need super chi flush to break up the blockades. And you will need to stretch and mobilize it.
I do use gp, but cf gives me a erection (I think its the Dong Quia or the Ginko) so its hard (no pun intended) to relax when useing it.

well excellent then you don't need to alter anything if your right handed :D footbraces should help if you don't use them already though.

Well, I got x-rays, and soon I will get a MRI, the dr said my bone is healing well but I steel can't move my wrist a lot.
The problem is that with certain types of wrist fractures they are hard to document fully. Sometimes you ned MRI and CAT scans. Maybe a bone scan.

it's fragile and complicated bones
but go on with rings, foot, gp and take also minerals and vitamin D. It will be fixed soon.
