Hi franco, I think you look pretty good, I would say you are in your early 30's, I would not mistake you for a 21 year old like alex claims his devices provide in a short amount of time. No wrinkles which is good but I think what you should do is focus on your hairline, it looks like it is receding at the front, don't feel bad but it is very common in most men aged 30+. For me directly on the top of my head is very thin, but it hasn't changed in the last 8+ years, I honestly though it would have continually gotten worse but it's stayed the same but using the devices it has not gotten worse, over the last 8 years or only slightly, I have used the rings now for 13 years.
Try Spirulina Chlorella, the only thing of Alex Chiu's I use are the magnets, I think you should try Spirulina, I highly recommend it, mix one teaspoon in a glass of water and drink, you really feel very healthy afterwords, I learn't about it after Alex Jones recommended it on his show.

1)you can't say if it's doing anything? I find that odd, do you at least feeling anything when you wear them?
2) have you taken any time off from wearing them and then come back to wearing them? this convinced me that they are definitely working as I definitely felt and saw a difference
3) how do you compare to your friends and family who are around the same age in terms of physical aging?

i try to use discernement, Franco. Just becasue Alex says things like scf will give you superhumans strength (obvious bs) doesn't mean that his face hasn't changed any either. Just because you posted about Billy Meier (total bs) doesn't mean your face has not changed any either (which it most certainly has). ditto for ata1
