Well, today was my sisters birthday so i didn't go to course. Im supposed to be off the next 2 days as well. But tonight at 10 a'clock, Karl called me and said he wants me in tomorrow. But that's it, tomorrow I am going straight to Ryan, ethics, and treasury and will get my refund at all cost, and be declared SP. Any thoughts Dr. Shaden?
sacjb, i hope you get your refund tomorrow, but the pattern of what happened before doesn't look good. Every time you go, they find some other excuse and keep putting it off. If alex had gone with you, he could have given you support, and interrupted their excuses. Instead, they give you the runaround, gang up on you, and try to make you feel bad.
if by end of tomorrow you do not have the money IN YOUR HANDS, do you promise to cut off any further contact, and go ahead with the credit dispute?

4th case scenario: they jerk you around some more, and the longer you wait, the harder it will be to get your money back by credit dispute. How long are you going to keep doing this? Do me a favor and take a tape recorder with you and record what they say. This way, if they lie later, you've got evidence.

guys, this is IT. Tonight is the NIGHT. I don't care if i get arrested or get labeled an SP. Tonight I am getting my refund. I mean imagine if there was a women that works very hard and is poor. Imagine she pays 800 or 900 bucks into a program she was forced into. And then she is told she can't do the course but she can only get recredited but not refunded. And then she says she will get her money back. And then they said she will get kicked out. And then they say she will get her money back and not get in trouble. Now isn't that just plain evil?
