yeah, the eyes are one of the first things to change. When I was at work a lady said to me 'oh you have beautiful eyes' which has never happened to me. I have brown eyes and people with brown eyes usually do not get compliments, and i don't wear makeup. Then i went to visit my boyfriend's mom and she was staring at my eyes and she said ' for some reason i thought you had blue eyes'

Your welcome RAYNE, i would say to start off wearing them normally with 2 magnets on each ring then maybe after 1 month you can double the magnets and start switching the rings from left to right and see the extra changes....

Well he mentioned at one time i think that the stronger the magnets the better results.. So i guess 4 magnets on each ring made them stronger and got better results.. Yeah, cinnamon is supposed to have quite a few health benefits. My mother who has diabetes has actually recently started taking cinnamon to help control her blood sugar levels. I'm not sure how that is working out for her, though.
