MY EXPRIENCE WITH THE RINGS AND GP last night...
Hey guys i tryed the rings footbraces and gp pills and heres what happend.
Well first of all let me tell you a little about myself i am 19 years of age im younge i work in a warehouse that delivers organic produce and as far as injurie is i have a left shoulder that is functional but as functional before p.e in highschool since i injured it and it has never realy been the same it still makes crackling sound but other then that its good.
Ok now heres why im a good canidate to know if alex product is b.s or not well my hobbies are weightlifting and yoga and im going to be starting judo now combining these its going to be very hard for the body to recover and i have exprienced overtraining so with alex products i expect perfect recovery on daily basis and results from workouts.
Anyway heres what happend last night i got the product from the post office then i read the instruction ate dinner and let one hour pass since you can use gp after one hour has passed from eating food. Anyway i had one teaspoon of gp poweder ( smell was fine but the taste was STRONG) lied down with the neorings and braces... Now last night was my first time but i think i felt a bit sleepy with the rings MABY its bullshit maby not anyway i will try more and i will post when there is something to post about and i was very dispointed with my gp session since i dont too diffrent ( i eat raw food so i have a good glow on my face but still i have dark circles around my eyes  )
Ok thats enough for today i will look forward for your response thank you bye for now.
Hi Danman,
It's normal to feel more tired than usuall when you first where the rings. It just means that some healing is going on.Not everyone has this, as some people are more sensitive to the rings, but as said many times before, just because can't feel the rings does not mean they are not working.
I haven't worn the rings for about 3 weeks now, & to be honest with you, I feel shit.I do not look as good or feel it.I will start to wear the rings from tonight, & I will never look back!.From not wearing them for this amount of time has proved to me that they absolutely work without a shadow of a doubt.
Hello DanMan,
Sounds like you're doing alot for your health, so good on ya for that.
I lived on raw food for about a year, meself.
I found that I felt and looked great for about the first 6 months and then my energy levels seemed to drop.
I'm still vegan, but I eat raw food on top of black bean burgers now, along with Odwalla bars.
I can't recommend Goji juice and berries enough, as we NEED the 8 essential sugars that you get from them, and they aren't really found anywhere in our diets, even in raw foods.
BTW, there's a grain called Quinoa (keen-wah) that is a complete protein (high in ALL 8 Essential amino acids) that cooks like rice, that you might wanna check out, if you ever drop the raw food thang.
As to the rings and circles under the eye....one thing I do that's a small thing that makes a HUGE difference is...when I lie for 20 minutes on my bed, I don't lie on pillows.
I've tried it both ways, and I can really feel the blood rush to my head when I lay flat on the bed with no pillows.
This also makes it harder to fall asleep, as it is not very comfortable.
The head rush really makes it worth it, though.
My skin's never looked better.
