I used them about 10 years. The rings helped with aging although grey hairs still appearing. I honestly continued taking gp with cf every day. Why? Because I got a good reading from Alex's divination system if I continue taking GP/CF. Call me a classic moron, but I actually do feel something after taking the GP/CF combo. Apart from an erection, my eyes feel different. As if they are filled up more. I just feel young.
