oh yah, he seems like the guy in book You on a diet. Franco, have you heard of a product called ''Juice Plus?'' You can type it on google and find out about it. I know you are interested in diet and vegetables. Juice Plus is a product that contains 17 whole raw fruits and vegetables in just 2 tablets. It's almost impossible to eat 17 everyday, but with this just simply pop the tablets in your mouth. enhances gpill healing

Screw juice plus... Just buy Dr Mercola's whole food vitamins. It is really really cheap and is best for God's sake!

yah, your right. I think Juice Plus is kind of overly priced. I mean, you only get like a few different basic whole foods and it cost like 40 bucks a month, if you buy the berry one too, it's total of 67 a month. The chiropractor kept saying within 3 months your blood is totally detoxified.

I have seen dr mercola's whole food vitamins before. I noticed on the label he is missing like 3 major minerals. Why is that? and if you look at vitamin c, it says ascorbic acid instead of acrola cherry. So that means it's not really a whole food vitamin. It is just a regular vitamin with whole foods combined. Very smart marketing.

how can you trust him if there is no calcium or magnesium. why does he leave those out in a multivitamin?
Well yeah...He puts vitamins with whole foods to get greater absorption. There is Nothing wrong with that. And no they are not a complete supplement because they presume you are eating well with them. They make up the most likely deficiencies. Mercola does not really believe in vitamins that much so he makes these with the presumption that you are eating well and the whole foods in them make up for things that are not in the whole complex in the vitamin. That's all. But the reason I recommended them was for the phytonutrients and they are really cheap. If you buy the large bottle.

did you try juice plus? based on your knowledge, what is your opinion on this: A lot of people say your body needs vitamins cuz it doesn't get enough in food. Then there is other people that are against any kind of vitamin because they say that when you eat a whole food, you get vitamins, phytonutrients, enzymes and a whole spectrum of nutrients. They say that whole food supplements are better. and that vitamins made throught labs are not natural even if they say natural. What is your opinion as a doctor? If you take too much of one vitamin, doesn't it create an inbalance?
Yes yes yes...go to this website of Dr Ungar. He teaches medical doctors, naturopaths and chiropractors. I know him. In fact he is my friend. Click the Vitamins and you and watch all the 3 videos. They are not long. He will say exactly what I think better than me.

you seem to have a lot of connections and know a lot. you have helped lots of people. hard to believe because your wife left you and you lost your career that you want to do what is required.
Yeah...I really was somebody once. I messed it all up. Now I am a loser and a failure and it sucks. My friends in health care would be shocked if they knew I was ruined. I wasted my whole life. I wish somebody would just blow my brains out.
