J.c, How you doing? You have to try this mate, try switching the rings around everyday. Even more healing I'm sure of it, much more effective than every few months.I think Franco said in one of the recent posts that he changed the rings around everyday.Seems to work, not sure why though. Give it ago mate. These rings just keep getting better!

Im well paulus thanks.. ok i think i will try this from now on starting tonight.. The rings work no doubt about it, my hair is growing back where i lost it, and my hair is thicker, hair that has fallen just doesn`t say : ''HEY ! IM BAA-AACK...'' lol.. I have not used any special shampoo nor lotions etc.. so for the hair to regrow it is thanks to the rings..

yep, definately i wake up with more energy switching the rings EVERY DAY.. so looks like they work better switching every day and not within 3 months.
