After what you said about the rings working better if you eat less, how many calories aday would you suggest?
Oh, it depends..how tall you are, how muscle, how much exercise you do..
about 2000 cal is ok I guess.
I'm not sure it matters just try not to eat s!$# all day, and don't eat way more than you normally would because you feel more energy from rings.Eat more fruits and vegetables high antioxidant containing items and you'll notice an increase in the effectiveness of the rings.
one food per meal is the ideal, but add a raw egg yolk (drink it) at least once a day. before or after the meal taken with.
everybody is recommending egg yolk.. 5 rites books, mercola (#1 health site on the net), aajonus vonderplanitz had his diet pretty much enterely OF them (raw meat and raw fats, eggs are raw fats, says fats are the most healing thing).
Just have the egg yolk though, unless you have been/are going to be real phsyical. Tell me what you think, cause I know what I think, they're pa-pow-powerful
