 *BWAHAHAHAHAAAA* Man, do you live in a time warp??? That promo came and went a llllllloonnnnnnnnnggg time ago!! I saw the link, I suspect it's outdated.... This is what I got when I tried to find out more inf. http://links.promotions.com/links/link.do?pid=1590&lid=12951 A sure sign of an outdated page.
And no, IMO I don't think they'd do very much for you unless the only exercise you ever do in a day is "the 12 ounce curl". My mother brought one of those things home, I took a look at it when I came to visit, it's ok.....but too tame to expect any results.
Looks like it's made to be morale-booster for fat people.....Like those "curves" gyms for women...something for them to boost their confidence and say "Hey look at me! I'm doing something for myself!!" But in reality doesn't do very much in the long run....and eventually they notice the lack of results get discouraged and quit. Cause they most likely either 1) go easy on themselves and pick something that isn't challenging enough for their bodies or 2) they get too pleased with any progress they have made and they stay where they are.....and plateau. I know a few things about what that's like cause I've been through that roller coaster enough times.... I used to be a WHHHHALLLE *LOL*
BUT if you still insist on giving it a try, I've seen several copies for sale on Ebay..... To be perfectly honest, I'd instead recommend Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey though (also on Ebay) if you really want to kick your butt into gear and into shape!!! Granted, it's not easy, but it's not as intimidating as it sounds either!!!
I suppose it's easy to lose track of on a site that big I imagine....Where did you find this link anyhow?? I can bet the webmaster isn't even aware....
the first step in the program is to not eat at mcdonald's
 Sound advice *LOL* !!! That's what I should've said!!
An occasional McDonalds will not do you any harm. Just don't live off of the shit.
hahahahah thats what I thought
name one healthy item on the menu
There is the LIGHTER CHOICE which include salads and other stuff less than 10grams of FAT
Anyone who thinks that MickyDs is a "very nice restaurant" is a complete f*cking IDIOT and anyone who eats there and does their adult fitness program will be fat FOREVER!

C`mon, dont make HOMER angry..
Sure it CAN be healthy....if you take your order without any cheeses, sauces, dressings, bread....meaning 90% of the reason you're probably even THERE.... What you're left with after all that is more than a little disappointing, no?
I'm glad I'm not the only one not falling for the hype of McDonalds attempt to convince you they have "healthier" options....healthier than most perhaps, but still not the best choice....
Even the items that are supposed to be "lower in fat"....Sure the fat content is lower, but do you notice what vile additives and chemicals they replace the fat with??? The most notorious being HCFC... High fructose corn syrup. HCFC will get you just as fat as if you chugged oil straight out of the bottle...
I think McDonalds is a very nice resturant. It seems like all the supersize me hype has ended quite along time ago and these restruants are respected again. It is cheap, tastes good although some menu options are not very healthy, you'll get that anywhere.
Well your'e entitled to your opinion, but I wouldn't trust any processed food in my body from any fast food restaurant. Even any healthy selections they have are full of chemicals and solvents. It's not just a matter of gaining weight from eating at these places- but you are filling your God given body full of toxins.
McDonalds, or Burger King, or any restaurant could care less about your health- they only care about profits--- even if it means playing mind games with consumers to win them over into buying thier foods by jumping on the "healthy" bandwagon.
Yo ata, r ru a mac attack?
