Hi everyone, 
I read I-ching and I would like some opinions here. If you read for me I promise to read for you too. I've been reading for six years using Alex's method. 

Year: c, Month: cn, Day: m-VIII, Empty: w & wa

I asked: Will I marry S. ? P star is the appointed. Now it looks pretty cut and dry. U line produces J line when in fulfills in month w. P comes out in month t. P is bounding to this year, which holds it steady. Enemy Gsh is killed by the friendship of the green B star. This would seem to be a YES. However there is something odd. Red K star on the U line produces G star on the J line. It's as if he will get married because he wants kids and friendship, not for love. R star is killed by K star. It looks like a wierd marriage. by the way, I have seen the K star producing G star thing with him before when we first met. He did talk about looking for someone to get married to. SO I have heard it before. What to you guys think?

Hi there , I dont think so, J and U are empty. in a single hex it means things wont happen . no lines are moving so nothing is killing or bounding etc.. 6th line will move in the future (Gsh bound with day) line says

6 match still indicate a relationship (on a different basis)

thank you for your reply. I see you don't use Alex's method? I have found it the most accurate. According to Wild Crane, lines can certainly bound and fulfill in a single hex. The exceptions are interference from bounding hiders and the element combo. I still say U and J line fulfill in June/July. I guess we'll find out soon enough. I will let you know.

True i use other methods as i was fortunate to learn from others But alex himself said in his book that a single hex with empty J and U means nothing will happen :D

I must have missed that. Can you tell me which chapter?

Check the empty dates chapter I quote " If both J and U are empty, and both are not moving, your wish cannot come true. "

I found it! Of course, I'm so stupid! That isn't my first toss on this question, anyway. I really know better, I'm just nervous. Thanks for your patience. This was my first toss. I'm not going to attempt to read it. I should point out we are not really interacting with each other right now. We had a disagreement. :(

alex said " Lets say it's ur first toss " i doubt he meant that it must be ur first toss . In this hex (23 - 56) J and U are again empty.. also another girl (star) is moving to bound with the man star U.

I want to add the reply I got from my 1st I Ching teacher after he looked at ur 16 hex. " nice hex, but J and U are empty... well, i learned that hexes are not something to check and then be passive and watch if it happens or not. she can marry him or not, it depends on her and him, not on the hex. so far i would say they can marry, but they both are not sure if they should do it or not. as far as i am concerned its up to them ;) "

I agree with Xiao Hu, in the first reading both J and U lines are empty. No Marriage. Second (First Toss) Looks like she has her mind on someone else.

Yes, I think Xiao Hu and her teacher are right. Nothing will happen, and I have a lot of doubts. Also I think he is trying to get girls to chase him. thanks everyone.
