Yeah I get healing pain too every time. An heat on my face. I think change in features are very slowly, so you can't notice difference as you see your face every day. You should take pic or video once a year and you will notice difference.

are you getting the healing pain from the rings or gp etc...i cant take that stuff its nasty...i guess pills are ok, but i got the powder.....it just seems full of garlic

from gp. just swallow it at one time with cold water so you don't feel taste
