Hey marcoagpinto, nice to hear from you.. So you still only using the rings ? If so, aren`t you curious what GP+SCF will do for you ? You will never use GP+SCF ? Just brightened up your photos as they were kind of dark. :wink:

Thanks JC! I guess I will stick to the Neodymium rings and also wear the footbraces when it becomes warmer in Portugal. :-) Ahhh.. in this 35 year-old photo I am 10 kg fatter than in the other photo because I took Centrum vitamins for lots and lots of months. Kind regards,

Yeah, i have to admit you do look better in the 2007 pic.. :lol: But for a 35 year old- You do not look like it..

you look a little older do you believe that rings cause you not to age at all, or just slow down aging? You look the skinniest in 2004 and prob the best in 2007.

yes, because he didn't lose weight. Yoiu can see in his old pics and videos he was already very skinny. So his face is smaller because BONES changed. Also you can see his face is smaller than martin's, while it was bigger before. So it's BONES change.

ALEX did loose weight.. Thats why his nose looks thinner .. If you look at Marco`s nose in the 2004- his nose is thinner but in the new pic where he added weight, his nose is larger. Same with ALEX.. If you loose weight - everything does look smaller.

You look youngest in 2004. Don't get me wrong I believe the rings work, but you look older because of your skin tone, eyebrows, darkness around eyes, and weight gain. What do you think Marco?

His skin tone is darker, his eyes are smaller , he has dark rings under the eyes as if he hadn't had enough sleep, his cheecks are rounder, due to the fat deposit, i see a degradation from earlier photos, i call it aging.
