yes goji is very good too, but aloe cleans body better
noni is less powerful healing agent and someone says it damages teeth

Juices are a must. the capsules are USUALLY Extracts which means its not the entire fruit, so your body dosent respond to it as well as it would with the juices. Acai in capsule form is usually useless as it rots so fast and theres no way of knowing if whats in the capsule is any good, Noni is fine to take via capsule though, its great for the digestive tract and taking it via capsule prevents your teeth from being ruined by the juice.
