Ok, shefe , ( about the bottles ) , now the difference beetween subliminal and supraliminal is that the supraliminal recording has audible subconscious suggestions you can ear accurately during your session. the subliminal recording uses music and in the background , at an higher frequency the suggestions are played in a way you can't consciouly process them but your subconscious will do.
