I am extremely disappointed by the service of your company.
I asked for a cancellation, you told me you would do it but you did
not cancel the order. This is the mistake of your company, not mine.
You can check yourself in our correspondence. Provided I have not even
received anything you claim to have sent after a month, and that I have
called you many times without results, I have to ask for a full
refund.
I am not happy to come to this end but because no arrangement
can be found after more than a month and that you persist in writing
that I have not cancelled in time and you sent the order, although
reality suggests the complete opposite, to my deepest regrets I have to
warn you that if I am not refunded within 10 business days, I will
take appropriate legal action upon the statutory contract cancellation
rights that you are clearly violating. I will file several complaints in many consumer protection organisations of many countries as well.
You still have 5 business days to proceed with my refund. I trust you are a clever, honest and sensible manager who will take
the right decision.

I was really looking forward to try the rings and had bought the whole set + gorgeous pill, but I finally did not want the gorgeous pill, and I asked my order to be cancelled 10 minutes after having submitted it, so I could re-order only the rings.
Alex replied he would do it, but he never did. I called, mailed him countless times for a more than a month with no results. He claimed I did not cancel in time, and that he sent the order. However I have not even received anything for more than a month.
Now I have sadly lost my trust in Immortality Devices and want a full refund.

Just make a paypal or credit card complain, they will ask alex for proof of shipping and if he hasnot they will refund you immediatly.

If you paid via CREDIT CARD clipper you can try and do a charge back ASAP, your Credit Card Company will get your money back but now depends how much time has gone by -- your Credit card company might not be able to help.
But ALEX, please post a comment here regarding clippers situation.

Yep, sure do. I had do get a refund for a product a few years back. Visa took care of it all for me seeing as I had trouble with the actual person who sold the item to me.
Kinda like the situation you're in now. Give your credit card company a call and see what they can do.
Just don't leave it too long otherwise they can't do anything for you.
