I'm not intending to make enemies out of anyone.... You'd think that kind of comment would be directed at cerealrapist instead of me....From what I've read so far, HE'S the one who's been consistently negative...Pooing on just about everything I've seen Alex write here. If you're going to disagree on what someone else says, that's perfectly fine, that's your right....But to just say outright "that's dumb" without even giving ONE IOTA of thought....come on.....that's unacceptable behavior online OR offline..... Give valid reason for disagreeing....it's only fair and it makes for better conversation....and as a bonus it makes you appear more intelligent.... Don't just say "that's crap you're stupid" and walk away....especially over and over again.... :roll: Eh....I'm probably wasting my breath.....I'll probably get misunderstood yet AGAIN......Fine, I'm the villain and I'm here to antagonize all of you....you discovered my evil plan.....how dare you :roll: I expected this to be a place to find more answers about Alex's stuff and learn more about the experiences of other users, that's all...... Uh......heh....to be perfectly honest with you, my order just came in tonight.... So although I have high expectations, I think it's a little premature for me to give any praise about it (however I will update any progress/experiences)....and since I haven't tried it yet, I have no place to criticize it either....So far I've just gone by what I've read from Alex, I guess time will tell, right?? :)

A friend of mine here in Italy tried ading kikkoman and mustard to gp+scf and told me he felt increased healing effect.

I've seen Memmi!! It's really easy to get...well, it was for me anyway... ....it's not unusual for me to grocery shop at asian markets. I'd pass by that stuff in the aisles all the time!! Memmi is like a concentrated soup base for ramen and things like that....I picked up a bottle for 2.50 You might be able to find it at standard supermarkets, but supermarkets charge 3x for asian items (what they call "specialty" items, which leaves them feeling justified for overcharging)....Why bother with the middleman? Get it directly at an asian market and save!! (as a bonus, you just might find some other really wonderful and interesting things there!! I do! Try shopping at one!! :D ) I really don't know what it is about memmi (or plain yellow mustard) that makes it work...but I did feel it gave the herbs a slightly higher intensity.... I don't know about anyone else, but drinking the mustard/memmi REALLY does me an extra favor because it helps me keep the chi flush down!! Now, I know these herbs are not supposed to taste good. GP tastes like peppered dirt, yet it's still tolerable....but CHI FLUSH :x yeccchhh!! I don't know why, but I have a hard time keeping it down!! Whenever I drink it, I feel like I'm on fear factor!! Even after I get the nerve to drink it all down, I've on occasion (involuntarily) burped it back up immediately. It won't stay down!! But when I chase it with the Memmi/mustard, it somehow settles my nerves (and my gag reflex :lol: ) Since Alex instructed it as 2 parts Memmi to 1 part mustard, you can just stir the mustard into the memmi and the mustard will dissolve, making it drinkable.....Not by much though, as that taste won't win any blue ribbons either, but it's sure better than Chi flush!!! *ptoooo* :x Even if the mustard/memmi didn't do anything else, I'd drink it just to help me keep the chi flush down!

Hmm, i have tried the mustard like for 3 days only a week ago or so, i think i will go on it again for 1 week see if any changes, i got so exited that my lost hair is regrowing that i thought it was because i doubled the magnets 4 on each ring and started to switch the rings around, it could have been the mustard also that gave my hair a BOOST in regrowth.. Will start from tonight.. I LOVE MUSTARD BY THE WAY.. :lol:
