I tried the mustard and it seems to work I took w/o chi flush since I'm out.Looking at the ingredients it's no suprise really it got garlic powder(which is already in GP),paprika etc.

Can the mustard be taken and used with the rings only ? still works ? i have mustard and im going to try it tonight with the rings when i will go to sleep, if no greater healing is felt i will only end up with MUSTARD BREATH in the morning. he he.. :lol:

Took the MUSTARD with a tea spoon - just a tea spoon before going to bed. hmm, did not notice any POWERFUL effects but somewhat my skin looked clearer in the morning, cant say for sure - will keep taking it at least for a week to give it a REAL try with the rings only, see if after a week there is more good noticable result..
