Just purchased ACV,Honey..still need to get Garlic cloves! :) Yupp I just bought some Braggs organic Apple cider Viegar with "mother" and unpasteurised honey. Put the following in a blender...
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup raw honey
8 cloves garlic
Mix on high speed for 60 seconds. Pour mixture into a glass container. Seal and leave in the refrigerator for five days. Normal dosage is two tsp. in a glass of water or fruit juice, grape or orange juice is best before breakfast. There is more information on this listed on the site above! Yes i take it every day, it is a powerful MIX to fight against CANCER and other ilness - well> GP+SCF maybe but thats not confirmed.. :roll:
