just one question
could somebody post a diagram or something of how to adjust the rings? they're a bit too big for my mum's pinky and we're confused on how to get them smaller. Thanks.

Hey Dima, To make the rings smaller, you just squeeze the clippy bit until it is all the way in. If you find that they are still too big for your mum, your mum could always do what I do. I put two bandaids on my little fingers (one on top of the other) and then put the rings on. With the bandaids, don't put them so that they are up against the finger/knuckle area - leave a small space. This way the magnets are still touching the skin yet they are held in place by the bandaids. I have done this pretty much from day one when I started off with the white magnetic rings. Your mum might be lucky and have thicker fingers than me and may only need one bandaid on each finger. I think bandaids are called plasters in the US, I'm not sure. They are the sticky things you put on cuts and what not to protect them. I hope that this helps. Take care, MD
