Ehud Barak: Israel in 'all-out war' with Hamas
Israel is now in "all-out war" with Hamas, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak told parliament today. "We have nothing against the people of Gaza," Barak said as Israeli warplanes carried out a third day of strikes on the Palestinian territory. "But this is an all-out war against Hamas and its branches." Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday that the campaign could last "for some time," however, and his Cabinet voted to call up 7,000 reservists.
