It'sa pity actually because I have had really good results from just using the rings
I've had good results too, along those same lines, skin tone better and all that. I find that girls are kind of intersted in me too, but it never developes because i have the Alex personality. Like when i start talking their interest drops off sharply.

I am happy you are having such great results. How long have you been using the rings. (are they the white ones?) And how long before you started noticing the improvements in yourself? (skin ect.)
I have had the rings for about two weeks. I haven't notice anything yet. And I am 49 years old. Though lucky for me everyone guesses my age at about 32-35 at the most.
Plus I wanted to try the GP but I don't know when would be the best time. Plus why can't you take it before you go to bed to fall asleep? Does anyone know the answer to that.
you can take it before you go to bed and that's when your supposed to take it(but you are supposed to wait a couple minutes for it to digest), so I'm not sure what you mean maybe your talking about Alex's claim of having to lie awake for 2 hours which isn't true. Most people on here maybe lay awake for 15 minutes.

I can meditate while sitting for an extended period of time, but it is hard to do while laying down. I wonder if the "laying down" part is a necessary part or if I could take GP and then 20 minutes later meditate and then go to bed.
if you use footbraces probably not since you probably do a lotus type position if you use just the rings it might be ok.What kind of meditation do you do?
I use a mantra meditation twice a day that is similar to Transcendental Meditation (TM itself costs $2,500, which is too much). I also use the Merkaba Meditation by Drunvalo Melchizedek.
You seriously cant stay awake for 2 hours while lying down, you will eventully fall alseep within 20-30 minutes or so, its not neccessary to stay awake to make GP+SCF work as wowchung stated..
If you want to reconfirm this by ALEX then you should ask him..

Hey myfantasia, I have been using the rings for nearly two years - I wore the white rings for about 8 months or so and then upgraded to the neo rings. I prefer the neo rings - I can really notice the difference between the two and always wake up feeling alot more energised after wearing the neo rings during sleep.
I also use Bio Oil daily on my face - it is unbelievable how good it is for the skin. The rings just help it work alot better and quicker :wink: I used to have really bad crow's feet around my eyes when I was younger (thanks to my lifestyle at the time). Bio Oil has helped heaps in reducing those lines - now I have the normal lines that you get when you smile and laugh lots.
I had been using Bio Oil for about 12 months before I started wearing the rings. Diet is very important to good skin tone - we eat lots of stir-frys and the like. Being happy and reducing stress levels also help alot, which is easier said than done at times (I say this as my 2yr old goes running down the hallway knocking over his older brother, again, whilst laughing his little head off - gotta love ADD/ASD :roll: ).
