Is ALEX Prettier ? From that AFTER photo - Its a NO.
Need to see a more clear NEW PHOTO to judge it properly.
I voted yes based on his profile pic, but the after pic here sux and it is goofy and fake and gay. We need a new after pic and a new poll.
To do a proper before/after you need to be pale and fat and sad in the before pic and tan and in shape and smiling in the after lol
The main diffs that I see is Alex has less fat in the chin/neck area now and less hair and some funky low rider glasses.

No, it's not only that (in after photos he is not even smiling, he is in the BEFORE photo!)
His chin and jaw are a lot smaller and all face is much more symmetrical
I think the after picture is not a good one, I don't think he looks any older. But my vote on these pictures would have to be no
I also think that he hair cut is aging. He needs a younger cut that would look good on him
