inverted polarity
Hi, everybody! I want to share with you my first experience with Alex's rings. I made them by myself, but I wasn't enough carefull so I signed the north pole instead of south pole, so inverted the polarity and worn the north pole's on the top of my left hand and the south's poles on the right hand. Immediately I felt strange and uncomfortable... I was surprise and I thought "they are working!!!"... after 20 mins the uneasiness was really great: faster heart rate and a sense of nausea. Anyway I decided to wear them for the whole night... and the same I do the second night. Every time, the first 30 mins was very hard to resist (the polarity was still inverted). Then in the afternoon I had a little nap and I decided to wear again the riing: still nausea and fast heart rate. Well, finally, when I woken up I had a violent diarrhoea. Then, at last I realized, that MAYBE the rings are not feeling me better and MAYBE :) I inverted the polarity. So I done! Ok I decided to wear the rings in the right way for a night to see the difference and I had NO EFFECTS at all! No bad and no good effects at all. By now, I stopped to use rings. Can somebody explain to me how is possible I got only bad effects and no good ones? Thanks. Beppe

Ciao Beppe I am italian too and i am wearing the rings since 2000 , i have to say that they are working for me. My skin is better , i always had a pale skin tone, but the rings somehow made my skin even more pale , but with an healty glow. The only thing disappointing me is the hair, they are still turning grey. By the way , be sure, when you are wearing the rings, to put them in a way your hands should attach each other due to the rings attraction force, if they repel, change immediately polarity because same polarity block the chi flux into the body. There is no difference if you put the rings in the correct configuration. the flux is always travelling trhough the body, reaching the hearth chackra where the healing happens.

South of the Equator?
What if you wear the rings and you live south of the equator? Do you need to stand on your head or something? Perhaps the reverse polarity makes sense there...

living at south of equator make no difference, in my opinion.. but we should ask Alex...
