INCREDIBLE RESULTS using the rings
ive used the rings for 1 years now, and i just looked at a part of my ass that I havnt looked at for3 months. I had a big scar there i got 5 years ago. I just looked, and its GONE. holy cow.
How many hours a day do you wear the rings for?
Including day & night
The disappearing ass scar. What a heart touching testimony.

how could you go so long without looking at your own ass? HOW??
How you can see your ass? You turn on yourself?
probably in the mirror is the best guess that's what I do
Have you disgusting hairs on your ass? And is it dirty becasue of shit?
Thats a good question, Franco.

It's easy! I haven't looked at my ass in the mirror for quite a while. Oh, Franco, it's easy to look at your bum in the mirror, you just have to strain your neck a little. I know that my ass is getting better, along with the rest of by body, because my I can fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes and they look great!

That's great that you are seeing noticible results! I have been wearing the rings for 5/6 months and I feel GREAT!! I can't get over how good I feel. I have just gone through the deadly-reddlies and I didn't turn into the world's biggest bitch! YAY! My partner didn't have to walk on egg-shells this time around, YAY! No cramps, NOTHING! YAY!!!!! No PMT, PMS, or any of that crap! :)
I have also noticed lots of other things with my body that, really, I can only put down to the rings. I have made major changes to our diets, but this has only been in the past 1 month or so - my partner is still going through withdrawals from not eating junk food anymore and only eating healthy food.
Okay, we haven't cut out the chocolate - I think that might be a little too harsh if we just went cold-turkey. Oh, and I'm still a bit of a sugar junkie, but I am trying to cut it down, LMAO!

Hey listen mummify, you dont need to cut on the chocolate, because you know what?, cocoa is actually good for you. But I'm talking about the organic type, which is the one made out of sugar cane. Sea salt is also a great suggestion to be switched in your diet.
These things are an excellent idea, because (on the contrary of their counterparts), these are actually good for your health. Remember, however, everything in moderation. :D
