Improved Gorgeus Pil/Chi Flush formulas
I don't know the exact ingredients and proportions in Gorgus Pil or Chi flush
Fellow immortals, help deduce these so we can improve them. Alex takes the first step -- we need to continue marching forward!

Some ideas for additional improved ingredients:
Cod Liver Oil
Miraculum
Beewax
Flank steak (organic)
Anise seed
LET'S EXPERIMENT AND IMPROVE!
I just realized now that I could search for the ingredients DOH!
The Gorgeouspil ingredients: Nettle leaf, Peppermint leaf, Garlic, Noto Ginseng, American Ginseng, St. John's Wort extract, Vaterian Root, Onion, Wild Yam, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Dong Quai, and Magnesium Stearate. (100% vegetarian)
His other herbal Super Chi Flush's ingredients: Dong Quai, Korean ginseng, Hoelen, Ramulus Mori, Shitake, Reishi, Kelp, barley grass, Marjoram, Basil, Thyme, Parsley, Ginkgo Biloba, American ginseng, ginger, black pepper, and Licorice. Most of it is Chinese herbs. Also 130 mg of Vitamin C in every teaspoon of Chi Flush.
Is this list accurate? It doesn't give quantities of each ingredient.
One easy improvement I can see is to combine the ingredients to make a "gorgeus flush" super-pill.
Also, the powderized pill form may not be as effective as the fresh versions of these ingredients. It may be better to blend these ingredients as a raw, fresh, gorgeus smoothie instead.
Another improvement I can see is to add flank steak (obviously organic) to this for protein and essential nutrients. You will need quality protein to replace the damaged, aging protein.
And all herbs are most effective when taken on an empty stomach.
Thanks for that tip. However, there is a problem. Vitamins work best when taken with food. To fix this problem, I suggest dividing the herbal and vitamin portions of the pills into two stages:
1. eat herbal elements on empty stomach
2. 4 hours later, eat vitamin elements with food
Also, I have experimented recently with ginseng and found that ground up ginseng loses its efficacy compared with fresh ginseng parts. I dont' know the reason why, but something in the grinding process changes it so that it loses 90% efficacy. That's a lot of wasted ginseng.
For cheaper ginseng substitute, I tried catnip. Don't laugh, it is actually a relative to mint, and tastes better in my opinion.
One other thing: none of these things make me feel 'gorgeus' at all. I think it only has digestive or nutritive benefits. If there is really a formula to make you gorgeus like Alex says, I imagine it will actually hurt you.
There is an ancient beauty formula that used gold as its ingredient. Maybe it actually worked, but it is also toxic, so maybe you die pretty. Not worth it, I say!
should try food grade h2o2
gorgeus pill works for me and makes me prettier so I love it its my best friend butttt I want that ancient beauty forumla tooo I dont care how toxic it is lmao the rings will keep me alive
gold is a conductor -- rings may be good for flushing damaged proteins, but for a conductor like gold, it will probably make you worse!
Here is an article about it -- it badmouths Alex in it, but hey...

we have so many bad metal toxins in environment already, why do you want to put more in your body?
Don't end up like this guy!

gorgeus pil/chi flush recipe #1
Here is the first draft of the improved formula -- i believe this will be far more effective for most people, but you will need to adjust for you as everyone is different:
-Advantages:
-uses relatively inexpensive ingredients
-is made fresh
-tastes better
the formula is given in ratios instead of mg since everyone may need different dose.
5 orange / 3 garlic / 3 cod liver oil / 1 mint leaf / 1 parsley / 1 wheat grass /
2 ginger
I removed many extraneous ingredients but you can add/remove to your preference. Also, i think too many ingredients may cancel each other's effects.
post your improvements here! this formula is not perfect, you can make it better!
Also for non-vegetarians, you can add cooked steak. You will need protein to replenish the damaged proteins flushed away so why not enjoy a delicious steak?
I even tried blending it once. Surprisingly not too bad, though I prefer texture of whole steak.
For vegetarians, you know already what are good protein sources. Peanuts, beans, etc... VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/OMNIVORE it doesn't matter we can ALL PARTY FOREVER
