no no . I didn't tell that. It's not that simple. you are immortal if you have a very healthy body and big CHI amount accumulated in your body.
Now, to reach this aim you have to do many things, like often being vegan and fasting and do chi kung and use herbs and magnets and meditate etc. So you slowly accumulate CHI. Then, when you have accumulated CHI for hundreds of years you will not die or get old because you start eating normally , of course. You will just use a bit of CHI you have accumulated. I mean, alex is so strong he can drink poison and still survive. This doesn't mean that you have to drink poison in order to become immortal as him!!
