I Receved My Order Today !! And a couple questions.........
Wow ! I just posted a question yesterday about delivery of Alex's products......nobody answered me.......but that's ok, because my stuff came today :D Now I have a question about the devices. It says not to take the GP and SCF if you are sleepy, but you're supposed to sleep with them on......this doesn't make sense to me, so can someone please explain what that means ? Also, when you are laying on your back with the devices on, do you have to be completely flat or can you put a pillow under your head ? Thanks so much for your help :) Tami PS: I just thought of something else I wanted to ask of those who are already using Alex's inventions.......during the 2 hr. healing process, what exactly do you do to keep awake ? Two hours seems like a long time to just lay there without moving. I would think at some point you actually would fall asleep :|

Hi tami1962, It doesn't really matter if you lay on your back or not whilst wearing the rings, just try to wear them for 6-8 hours per night if you can. As for gp, I'm not sure, I don't personally use it yet. I wish you every success with the devices, I'm sure your health will improve 10fold.Let us know how you get on.

Thanks so much for responding, paulus ! From just the little bit I've been a member here so far, I've noticed it kinda takes a while to get questions answered, so I really appreciate you taking the time to answer me :) I really didn't think anyone was going to respond to tell ya the truth  Thanks again :D Tami

Tami. I believe you will find greater success using the rings, if sleeping on your back. This is my experience. Of course, even sleeping on your back without the rings, perhaps would provide the average person greater sleep - but that doesn't negate the above statement. Also, I believe sleeping on your back is much more common in Asia. Could someone confirm that perhaps? Perhaps the increase in the rings success while sleeping on one's back, is due to ease of the magnetic flux and/or blood flow, etc.

I really appreciate it :) So are you saying to sleep on your back the entire night ? I don't think I've done that since I was a baby, LOL Also, I was going back through some of the older posts trying to come up with the answer for another question I had......If you have the GP powder instead of the pills, can you mix the GP powder with the SCF powder in the same glass of water ? I found where someone said they were mixing the two because he heard it was fine......is this still correct ? And how much water is everyone using, btw, because I noticed in the instructions that came with my order, that it says not to drink too much (water) because it might/will diminish the potency ? What's your experiences with this, if any ? Thanks again, Tami

For me I never noticed a change in effects when I was on my back, front, or side with the rings. I also used to drink GP with 8 or sometimes 10 oz. (a breakfast glass) of water. I hope that answers your question.

Yeah, I was thinking 8oz. since that's what's considered a 'normal' size or serving, so I think that's what I'll go with. I am so excited about tonight being my first night with the devices ! I can't wait to see how I feel when I get up in the morning ! Thanks for your time, coheecambriadude, and have a great evening :D Tami
