I JUST ORDERD ALEX PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME I NEED HELP...
Hey guy its dan and i just orderd alex $123 catalog that has neo ring footbrance and georges pill im wondering are there any weightlifters or fitness people that tried his product and gaved amazing fitness result because so far i have gained 8 pounds of muscle without anything but im planning to take it to the next level ( except using harmful drugs) of fitness i need to go from 142 to 180. Also people say its hard to sleep at night but at the same time you have to be on your back so now i am wondering if it is ok to to sleep sideways or will it not make the ring work as good tell me everything that has to do for the first time users please thank you. i am very excited i just wanna make sure im doing it right as soon as i get them.

Hi DanMan, It doesn't matter if you lay on your back or not really, just as long as you wear the rings everynight for as long as you can.Are you planning on taking any supplements for your weight training?, because the only thing with the rings is that they tend to flush everything out of your system too quickly.This is what happened to me whilst taking ginseng.So at the moment, I'm not wearing the rings.

hey paulus thank for the reply as far a supplment nothing just a protien shake. Right now im on raw food which i feel amazing but food taste like shit ( some of them are good) and my understanding is that chi is energy and it helps digest so it sounds like alex ring produces enzymes therefore as soon as i get the ring and footbrace i will switch back to cookfood+rings see if the rings give the cook food the powerfull effect so far im lean 142 and im hoping to bulk up hoping the rings help me with digestion and recovery it would be nice to get that steriod like result with alex ring ONLY. Also well this is a long shot of a question if anyone practices shootfighting in vancouver canada then please let me know cause thats my next step after summer of lifting weights and yoga.

I ahve tried raw diet too. Rings do help digest cooked and unhealthy food, but if you eat raw food (like only fruit for some day) you actually feel better even if already using the Rings.
