Well it is entirely possible that he is talking about how the ez-board forum got shut down (thus bringing this one into existence). So he is going to "attempt" to bring this forum down in much the same way.
The admins and Moderators should be on the look out for the next week or so and delete anything against forumer's TOS.
But more than likely he is just blowing some hot steam to get more attention.

Oh I am in charge and I always have been. You just don't know the real story of how everything happened here. I am a Forumer administrator. That means I can get into all forums on this server. I have been able to all along. :D
