I had a time travel phone call before.
I've had a time travel phone call before. One day when I was visiting my parents the phone rang. I picked it up and the guy who was on the other end said, "Is Pedro there?". I said, "This is him", knowing my name wasn't Pedro and then he hung up. I got a new job a few days after that and a person there gave me the nickname Pedro. I wondered if that person on the phone a few days earlier was a time traveler.

maybe not time travel, you can go to the past but not in physical form, only with your mind, a machine that collects all your thoughts for you to choose to go back to so you cannot contact yourself or change the past but only see your past which your mind holds.

I think that man is a crazy serial killer going to persecute you
