I got my rings...
So I got my rings a week ago and have been wearing them every night, but I feel absolutely nothing. Don't feel anything when I wear them nor do I feel any differnt from wearing them. Did all of you who actually wear these rings and believe in them feel something immediately?

Welcome ZIP --If your really young or really healthy you wont feel a lot of effects, i felt fast heart rate the first time but stopped after around 20 minutes or less.. But the rings do KEEP you in a helthy state so dont dismiss them or give up just because you dont FEEL anything..

I'm in my early 30's and I'm pretty much out of shape. I feel lethargic most of the time, so I am far from healthy. What difference did you feel when you got up? And how old are you wowchung? Edit: Thank you for the welcome, Jc.

I am 30 now wowchung. i look pretty young for a 30 year old, i dont seem to age at all, i get compliments how young i look...

well I started 3 years ago I felt tons of energy and felt real good and I'm 22(can't really get compliments yet about looking like a 22 year old, but I got compliments on my hair when I started GP), so I'm thinking the older/unhealthier you are it might have more detox effect. I used to be real tired now I'm fairly energetic my friends say I'm like a kid.
