Hi i just receivd alex neo rings footbrace and hansomepills and im wondering how many teaspoon since its in a form of powder. Also i JUST GOT THEM TODAY so what can i expect because i have a semi perfect left shoulder from injury when i was 15 i am now 19 yes young but the left shoulder has never been like before granted its GOOD but not LIKE BEFORE so im hoping that i get some energy to the shoulder and i should get even more chi since im eating raw and raw food has a lots of chi.
