It is very money based and getting something scientifically proven by the FDA is reserved for those who make it to the top of the list and those that are friendly to the cartels who control them. This system also shoves so many things into the unregulated sector where the burden of proof should rest with the producers, but many of them ignore it as it may cost them some money. By safe I mean no more dangerous than minor surgery, such as a tonsilectomy. By heightening I mean height growth of at least 3 inches in 6 months for someone who has already grown to maturity. 2. Within 50 years, this will change. 3. Whoever comes up with this method will get rich. I don't claim to be a height expert so I don't make any predictions as to what form this method will take. I'll make some other predictions while I am here: 1. If alex pays for an independent study, and those studies show that his rings work better than placebo on any of alex claims, then he will make more than 10x the amount he paid for the study due to increased sales. 2. alex can afford to pay for such an independent study.
