How often should one switch magnets around?
I was wondering how often one should switch the magnets around on fingers and feet. So say a person is wearing the magnets with the + facing up on the right hand and the positive facing down on the left hand...how often should I switch that where the positive would be facing down on the right hand and the positive facing up on the left hand? Thanks!
you don't ever need to, but some have claimed that you get better results switching. I noticed no difference from switching them and I tried it twice not to say they didn't feel a difference but I guess people are different,like some people say they didn't feel anything at all wearing the rings and some feel a big difference when they 1st tried the rings.

i switch rings , and i feel that the body levels up with the variable flux quite quickly.
So, in the long run even switching isn't sufficient anymore
