HOw Much chi flush do you guys take?
I seriously take like 3 big spoonfulls when i take chi flush, but i have trouble taking it every night, just cuz i don't look forward to the nasty taste, and it's so damn spicey, it burns my mouth!

I take 2 and I add some cinnamon and occasionally have some mustard.How may tspns of Gp do you take,did you try cinnamon yet?

Hell yeah I take like two spoonfulls of cinnamon, as for GP i take one spoonfull cuz alex says specifically on the bottle only to take one.

If you take more GP, the bone structure changes faster. Chi Flush is for dissolving scar tissues. I am going to add cinnamon into Chi Flush next round. I already added mustard into the new GP.

YES, take MORE GP people, dont take the NORMAL dosage so your BANK ACCOUNT will EMPTY faster for ALEX. :roll: Take the normal dosage people, ALEX dont say that unless its true, i cant say its not but people have been having good results with the NORMAL dose i think..

I don't take any chi flush, but I am going to ge tthe gorgeouspill soon and the grow taller formula.

I am taking gorgeouspill and the chi flush every night... Two Questions do... Is it better for a normal person to take GP + SCF every night? or not that often? Could some one tell me where to get the grow taller formula? Thanks

Take once a day gp+scf is ok for normal people too. Grow taller formula is under experimetation still you can ask to alex by phone about it.
