how long? what position?
I've ordered the neorings a while back, and i'm using them for about a week now, yet i have not noticed any effect. I do notice i sleep very light and wake up a few times during the night, i never had that before, i always sleep very deeply usualy. I'm 100% sure the polarity is right. Do i need to lie down straight or can i just lie on my side and does the position of my hands matter in any way? How long did you guys have to wait before you noticed any effect? regards btw; the design of the rings could be worked on somewhat, they don't feel realy comfortable :p

You are already having effects. First days it's difficult to sleep with rings on. But you will get used in few weeks and will sleep very well. For first days, wear them only while watching tv or resting duting the day .
