how long do the rings last?
Does anyone know if the neo rings lose their power after a while?
Or do they pretty much last forever?

They should last at least 100 years.
As alwyas ,franco you make uninformed claims, nidb magnets last far more than 100 years, they virtually never deplete their magnetic charge, because the magnetic flux is created by magnetic domains, do a little research over magnetic domains and flux lines, to understand magnetic science.
