If i remember well, rayanaa was a boy who underwent a sex chagne surgery, he started taking gp and scf + rings and footbraces, franco fell in love with him , and he started to chat.
Now, i don't believe for a second that the chagned his skin tone using herbs, there is a pathology called vitiligo , the skin tone start to get lighter, and patches of lighter skins are clearly evident.
