Yes, the setting is this :
Alex Chiud accidentally discovers rings which grant him immortality and other superpowers like precognitive dreams , and reading in people 's mind , his nemesis is Lobsang who accidentally discovers he can control people and make them do what he wants, he uses a young child as his instruments, since he rarely goes out of his house.
Alex Chius sesnes Lobsang wants to destroy world using youngsters and the plague starts to spread all over the country much like a kind of rage , the city is a chaos and only alex chiu can save the day using his immortality powers , in beetween there is a beautyfull lady who is a strippers and Alex Chiu has the moral dilemma to sacrifice someone to save her, ( but at the end he saves her despite death of others ).
The movie ends with a final battle between Alex Chiud an Lobsang himself after destroyng he army.
Apparently they both loose powers beacause of this terrible fight.
But... maybe Alex Chiu didn't loose everything , or maybe not ?
The idea can be elaborated , i would enviosion this movie as a cross breed between xmen ( but with a lower supepowers hype ) and twlight
I thought it might go something like this:
In the future AI becomes so advanced that robots take over and attempt to destroy humanity. Alex is the leader of the human rebels. The robots send a cyborg into the past to kill Alex in his youth. Alex sends his own cyborg back into the past to protect his younger self. Alex rides a motorbike. The cyborgs fight and the robot's cyborg is destroyed. Then Alex's cyborg destroys itself as it contains the advanced AI technology that could doom mankind.

How bout this one:
Two strippers at home complaining how bored they. Knock at the door. They open the door to find Alex and his assistant Sac there. Alex and Sac have come to fix their immortality rings. The strippers take them to the bedroom where their rings are stored. They fix the rings and the strippers then seductively ask how they can repay the two men. Alex says he accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Online Check, and PayPal. The strippers ask if they can pay in sex. Alex, having not had sex in 10 years blows his load at just the thought of really getting some. Sac gets the strippers to put on heels and starts doing the chicks, but after 2 hours is unable to come, so the girls laugh at him and Alex. Alex laughs at himself and Sac. Sac begins to obsessively wonder if the children in China know about his sexual problems. Franco comes out of the closet with a video camera and asks if he can suck Alex's dick. Alex tells him that is disgusting since Franco is not a 13 year old girl. Alex and Sac leave feeling deflated but immediately begin to cheer up at as they head off to a stripclub for the night.

Part Two of the trilogy:
Not sure which is a better title, "The One Tower" or "Alex Chiu 2: Electric Boogaloo".
Alex and Sac go to the strippers. They are surprised to see Sierra is there. Alex asks her for a lap dance expecting her to decline but surprisingly she agrees. While giving him his dance she breaks down in tears. Alex asks her what's wrong. She tells him her husband died and she this has made her miserably depressed. Alex tells her he has recently perfected raise the dead technology and he loves her so much he will bring her husband back to life for her. They organise for her to bring her husband's corpse to his place the next day.
So the following day, Sierra and her friend Bella arrive with Sierra's husband's corpse. They take the body into Alex's living room, which doubles as his workshop. They lie the corpse down, but as Alex is getting the taco shells from the kitchen for his raise the dead technology, Bella leans on something and instantly the body lying on the floor disappears. Alex comes into the room and explains she activated his teleportation device. The last time he used it was to send Sac his latest supply of GP and Chi Flush and so the coordinates are set to Sac's place.
The naked body of Sierra's husband suddenly appears in Sac's bedroom. At first Sac is shocked but then he thinks on Lobsang's latest advice, which is to jerk off to penis. With a rigor mortisly erect penis right in front of his eyes, Sac begins to try this and find he quite likes it. He puts some of his sisters high heels on the corpse to add to it. He decides to take it to the next stage and sits on the penis, and then starts bouncing up and down on it.

Alex thinks Sierra is just trying to make him jealous by pretending to be upset at seeing someone having their way with her husband's corpse. Alex gets angry at Sac for causing this situation. He takes the body before Sac is finished with it and leaves, planning to resurrect it to get back in Sierra's good books.
Later that day Sac tells Peter what happened. Peter tells him this is called getting "cock blocked". Sac makes a resolution to never be cock blocked again.
