Hey, alex, how do you eat?
I was just wondering if you keep a strict diet or you eat hamburgers like everybody else?

He eats normally, but since he started taking gp I think he became vegetarian.

Oh I eat whatever. I like salad though. I realized after taking Gorgeouspil I crave for salad. I think Asians are ugly because they don't eat any raw vegetables. Raw vegetables got fiber which keeps your cells strong and healthy. Asians don't eat that stuff. But after using Gorgeouspil my body craves for salad so much. So I have to eat some salad at least once a day or else I don't feel right. But I eat everything else. In fact, I eat potato chips or corn chips everyday. I eat popcorn too when I watch TV or movie at home. I don't like sugar that much though. So when I buy stuff, I made sure it's not too sweet. And I don't know how to read labels on the back of packages. And I never cared about them.

yes you eat potato chips etc., but what about the main meals/dishes are they chinese type meals, or they steak and potatoes or any typical american diet?

I think Alex goes to McDonald's if I remember right. Or is that just for the middle school girls? :D

Actually you should care whats in the labels, i mean if you want the best effect from GP+SCF you should avoid crapy Ingredients and Chemicals, GP+SCF is made from HERBS and SPICES right ? thats why you take it to be HEALTHY... why add CRAP to your body?

I agree with you JC. I am going for a degree in nutrition. It amazes me what garbage are put into our food products.

I love McDonalds. But I moved to Pacifica and McDonalds becomes kind of far. They are building a McDonalds nearby my house now. When its complete, I will go there often. I basically eat TV dinners and sandwiches. I used to eat Chinese food everyday when I lived in San Francisco.

How do you sleep, Alex? Does last version chi flush allow you to sleep less?

Oh dear. So Alex's rings are so powerful that they not only prevent normal illnesses but can generate enough nutrients on their own to make up for the lack of them in his diet?! Otherwise how could he be immortal... McDonalds is gross. Simply gross.

Alex, just for the sake of experimentation you should focus on healthy whole foods and give your body more raw materials to build with, mcdonalds will cause so much inflamation in your body...........dang.
