I doubt other people in at least Italy would be able to get it then so somebody could probably make it in europe if alex tells how; otherwise maybe italy is just real strict, but germany, or other places possibly not as strict?

Have you tried having it shipped to you as samples ? The package MUST say SAMPLES.. Customs might not be too strict on that and release it for delivery to you.. In the Price section of the package also must state very cheap price.. So have the products sent this way to you- see what happens.
