Hair nutrients
Does anyone know what the best nutrients are to keep your hair healthy?
HAIR IS 97% PROTEIN
Protein: egg whites, seafood, chicken, turkey, steak
Vitamin C is vital for collagen production, the glue that holds cells together.
Natural Vitamin C: raw citrus, camu juice, acerola juice, broccoli, red/yellow/orange bell peppers
(don't rely on absorbic acid supplements, they don't work!)
Natural Vitamin E: raw hazelnuts, raw sunflower seeds
If you have the cash, i would recommend buying THYMYSKIN, it is the best product i know out there that will keep your hair in TOP SHAPE and regrow your old lost hair - Based on my own experience.
But if not much cash to buy THUMUSKIN and you would like to try other things without wasting money then a good diet maybe like some of the things nolimits stated to eat and also to do some simple exercises like massaging your scalp for 2-5-minutes keep blood flow going - also works great.

I take the same as above. In addition to these, Biotin 1000mcg, and Cellfood Silica. I also take the sublingual B-12 and B-6.
Definitely Miracle II soap to shampoo with.
Nexxus VitaTress Hair Supplement is also good.
