They are, but yet he doesn't give refunds for some reason. Do you ever wonder why I think he's a conman?
No no. Don't give refunds. You don't need to offer money back guarantee if you don't want to. Its not required by the law to give refunds. There are tons of small stores that never offer refunds. But none of them get into trouble. So if you don't want to give refunds, the most that people can do is don't buy your products. But you cannot get into trouble for not giving refunds.

Well if SacJB is telling people that the products are guaranteed and then refusing refunds that upsets me. I am not sure I want to have a friend like that.
These guys have no idea how to run a business. Alex only gets business because his customers are all desperate and/or stupid. And the fact that SacJB is taking lessons on business from some with such a horrible and low reputation as Alex Chiu is disturbing. Alex is no role model, SacJB. Seriously.
Well one should always stick to their word. No matter what the product. It is unwise to make enemies in business. people can get pissed off and do things. I mean start things. Like I mean if Alex ripped me off I would just wait for him outside his house. Or call the IRS and start trouble and stuff like that. I mean you just do not want to piss people off in life. Even the Mafia has business integrity for God's sake. Even drug dealers have ethics.

well no, the ones that i promised refunds i did. Ok, I'm sorry this one time I did not and i should have cuz she kept ordering and then not wanting it. and she threatened me but then later said she is going to create peace. Yah i feel bad about that one. The ones that didn't get refunds were the one's that were not promised. I have given refunds though cuz i felt bad. but usually i tell them that i would love for them to keep the product and give it more chance and then they agree usually. No, I know, from now one i am going to give it though every time. But the thing is it takes alex a while to give me my refund too, so thats the thing.

That's your problem, not the customer's. If you were a customer, you don't want the business you're buying from to give you excuses. You want your money back. Give it back. If Alex is late in giving refunds, then you need to consider whether he's a responsible businessman or a greedy one who tries to avoid making good on his promises.
