no just someone from the better business bureau called me. and coincidentally my phone is hella weird right now. It's vibrating and fuked up. can't answer customers calls. I think the magnets fuked it up. Hey, when the bbb calls you, what do they want?

maybe it was CIA searching for immortals

The Better Business Bureau (BBB), founded in 1912, is an organization based in the United States and Canada. The BBB states its purpose is to act as a mutually trusted intermediary between consumers and businesses to resolve disputes, to facilitate communication, and to provide information on ethical business practices. Its website lists BBB's core services as: * Business Reliability Reports * Dispute Resolution * Truth-in-Advertising * Consumer and Business Education * Charity Review History "Medical quackery and the promotions of nostrums and worthless drugs were among the most prominent abuses which led to the establishment of formal self-regulation in business and, in turn, to the creation of the NBBB."<1>

they will take you to jail, julian. PARTY IS OVER

Lobsang- 09-30-2008

Well first of all you have to understand that the BBB is not an organization with any poser. So you never have to worry about them. They are kind of a joke. I mean all they do is keep records of complaints about businesses and have member businesses that agree to a code of ethics. So it is just BS. Never be afraid of them. They are not the law. They are a private membership group. It is like if you and I formed a club. And we evaluated businesses and kept records and charged businesses to be members so they would look good to people. And if the better business bureau has a problem with you I think they will write you a letter..Not call. So maybe they are soliciting you as a member. Or possibly a customer complained. But that does not matter. Maybe they got a complaint and need your address. I would just say FU. They may be giving you the chance to respond to the complaint. They may be looking for members. I don't know. But they cannot fine you or shut you down.

SACJB IS TAKING THE FALL FOR ALEX!! JUST AS I PREDICTED. HE'S GONNA GET ASSRAPED IN PRISON!

Lobsang- 09-30-2008

No SacJB will not go to prison. Neither will Alex. They just have not done anything that is a punishable offense. It was interesting however. You see I am very familiar with the FDA. I have dealt with them. The funny thing is that the letter that ALEX got was NOT the same as 99 percent of others. Usually they demand that you reply and show them how you are going to change. And that you reply in 15 days. And that did not happen. It was almost as if they sent the letter out of obligation but did not intend on following up. I just do not think they think Alex is serious.

WHEW!!!!! IM NOT GOING TO JAIL!!!!!!!!!! I THOUGHT I WAS IN TROUBLE WITH THE BBB! HEY LOBSANG, SHOULD I JOIN THEM AND PUT THE LABEL ON MY WEBSITE?

Lobsang- 09-30-2008

Trust me they are not going to accept you.

jc- 09-30-2008

SACJB, why do you think you should start giving refunds ? Are there customers asking for their money back and you did not reply.?

Lobsang- 09-30-2008

SacJB. What do you mean customers yapping. About what? Why do they ask for a refund? I thought Alex's products were guaranteed?

AlexYCChiu- 09-30-2008

No no. Don't give refunds. You don't need to offer money back guarantee if you don't want to. Its not required by the law to give refunds. There are tons of small stores that never offer refunds. But none of them get into trouble. So if you don't want to give refunds, the most that people can do is don't buy your products. But you cannot get into trouble for not giving refunds. I don't know why BBB called you. Maybe because somebody complained about gorgeouspil? Saying its not a good product, etc? But hey, I get complaints like that too. You cannot satisfy everybody you know. Most people love my products.
