Growth Hormone and amino acids might have helped you, had you started them 20 years ago, but the spine locks (I'm sure Dr. Phelps could give you the exact science on that) around age 26, in men.
You can stretch and get 1 or 2 more inches, or try this guy's stuff.

I was gonna start a whole thread about this, because it would be the "holy grail".
If we can use the rings and GP to "regress" our bodies literally , then growth would be possible.
But you're talking about changing solidified calcified bone back to an semi-liquid state, which would be extremely difficult.
