Gorgeuospil powder
I just got a months supply for the GP powder and was unclear of how to use it. Do I mix it with cwater? and if so how much? and do my eyes have to be closed for it to work? and also can the sun still be up for me to use it?
He he.. i hear you mix it with water, take before bed so you can rest and heal, can be taken during the day but you must rest in bed for 2 hours for the healing session i think, dont have to have your eyes closed if you dont want to unless your sleepy..
Anyone that has used it should give you proper directions if different that what i stated..

First time I tried it I swallowed dry, arghhh! just remember that got on my nerves!. So mix with a quarter of a water glass, is better if you do it at night 2 hours before regular time, as doing it at daytime could get you tired the rest of the day

Im just checking, but I put the rings on after 20 minutes or do I wear the rings the whole 2 hours?
after the 20 minutes the healing session lasts 2 hours supposedly(I fall asleep before that though)and I wear the rings all night.I you do it in the day yeah wear after 20 mins then wait 2 hours at least.

ok wait., i didnt quite understand that wowchung.. You take GP and wait 20 minutes BEFORE putting the rings on ? then after 20 minutes you put the rings on and lie down and healing stop within 2 hours correct ?

correct Alex says it takes 20 minutes to take effect because it needs to digest partially I think.
